- Optimizing retirement plan distributions
to participants

- IRS and DOL audits
- Negotiating executive employment and termination
contracts
- Participant claims and litigation under
benefit plans
- Employer claims against service and investment
providers
- Obtaining IRS approval of plans and correction
of disqualified plans
